Is there a refund policy?
You bet. Our “Step Up to Support You” guarantee is a 21 day return policy. Should your journal arrive damaged (heaven forbid!) we’ll happily replace your order with a new journal.
If you decide it’s not right for you, we’ll refund your money. You can email us at info@chasingsacred.com. We'll let you know how you can ship it back to us.
There is a cost involved in shipping it back to us. We will refund you your money as soon as possible, so you can use the original shipping fee to ship it back.
Can I order a journal as a gift?
Yes, please! We love to send out a care package or thoughtful gift to a friend in need. Let us know when you order it as a gift and we’ll be sure to keep the invoice out of sight.
